The Zappa video I referenced. 3M apparently understands this principle in a weird way, where like they diversify their whole workforce with people who experiment or have wide skillsets, so that way they aren't a one trick pony. So when I saw Dunkin' University I was like aw crap they're trying to pretend they can be 3M.
